The Company plans to use the new funding to accelerate product development and add to its leadership team. The Series A fundraising round builds on CapZone Analytics’ momentum. The Company already has commitments from numerous Qualified Opportunity Zone Funds to participate in a BETA release in the fourth quarter of 2022. The BETA is designed to prove the capabilities of CapZone Analytics’ platform to capture data, execute analytics, and provide alerts and reports to fund managers and investors. Following a successful BETA, the Company is planning a commercial launch in early 2023.
